Thank you. I do the same thing, when I'm out running or doing something else and am inspired to write about something, I make a quick note on my phone... And usually I can remember what inspired me, but sometimes that feeling is lost. Thanks for the advice. To paraphrase (poorly) Maya Angelou, you may not remember what was said, but you will remember how you felt. :)
